User roles
Administrator
Has access to everything and is in charge of managing Rollout plans.
Rollout Manager
Can manage users, inventories, workflows, checklists and custom fields.
Technician
Has no settings access. Can only access inventories, clients and tasks.
Service Desk
Responsible for managing tasks and scheduling appointments. This role is also suitable for a member of the end customer.
Client User
The client user can only see the clients that are owned by them as well as their checklists and appointments.
