Creating a Rollout

Under Settings -> Rollouts you can manage your existing projects or create a new one.

By clicking on the "Create Rollout" button, a popup opens containing a form with the following fields:

  • Name

    • The display name of your Rollout project.

  • Identifier

    • A unique abbreviation being part of your Rollout-related URLs or as prefix for Client tasks.

  • Project avatar

    • An image to be displayed in the Rollout list on your welcome page or on the Client Detail View.

  • Rollout plan

    • The plan defines which features you will be able to access within your Rollout.

  • Client limit

    • The maximum amount of Clients which can be created inside of this Rollout.

    • The limit you are assigning here needs to be available within your . After saving the Rollout, the specified limit becomes locked and can not be re-used in other Rollouts.

After creation, you can always adjust the Rollout plan and Client limit. Downgrading a Rollout project will result in loss of features, but not loss of data.
