Branding

It is possible to set up a personal Branding to display the rollout-executing company's logo and general information on all outgoing mails and Delivery Sheets.

The personal Branding can be configured only by Administrators under Settings -> Branding. It is a Global Feature that affects all within the .


Configuration

By default, outbound mails and will display the official Rollouter logo and imprint.

In the Branding Configuration, the User can upload a Logo and add the company's Imprint. It is also possible to set up an Reply-to email address.

Fields that are not filled will resort to their default state, therefore its advised to either complete the Your Imprint section, or to leave it empty. Otherwise the resulting imprint in outbound mails will be false.

For the Company Logo, only JP(E)G and PNG files are possible. These can be uploaded by simply selecting them from the file-explorer after clicking in the field

All changes made must then be saved to take effect.


Branded Delivery Sheets

With a active Branding, all Delivery Sheets displays the configured Company Logo in the upper-right corner.

If no logo is set, the official Rollouter logo is shown.


Branded Mails

All outbound mails, i.e.

  • User Invitation

  • Password Reset

  • Delivery Sheet export per mail

  • Notifications

display both the Company Logo and the Imprint, if configured.

The Company Logo is click-able and contains the defined Reply-to email address, enabling the receipent to contact the Team via the designated mailaddress.

Clicking on Reply in the mail program also automatically fills in the Reply-to email address as recipient.

If no Reply-to email address is set, the Company Logo contains a link to rollouter.com.


Mails containing a Delivery Sheet also display the Reply-to email address, if configured, below the name of the Rollouter sending the Delivery Sheet.

Clicking on Reply in the mail program also automatically fills in the Reply-to email address as recipient.

This is especially useful if you want to streamline any further questions by the Client User into one inbox. Without an Reply-to email address, the respective Rollouters personal mail is displayed here.


Branded link-based Appointment scheduling

The Company Logo is click-able and contains the defined Reply-to email address, enabling the receipent to contact the Team via the designated mailaddress.

If no Reply-to email address is set, the Company Logo contains a link to rollouter.com.

Request for scheduling

Date / Time confirmation for & Appointments

With a active Branding, the scheduling displays the configured Company Logo above the date & time selection.
