We are using as embedded Payment Platform which streamlines the following aspects:
Starting, updating or cancelling subscriptions
Retrieving invoices
Rollouter is securely connected to Stripe's API to retrieve your organization's subscription status. However, Rollouter does not have access to your payment methods and also does not store them.
The embedded pages shown below are only accessible to Administrators
.
To start a subscription, please go to Settings
-> Subscription
.
If there are no active subscriptions, the following pricing table is shown:
By adjusting the quantity (Client Limit) you can see the volume discounts that are available and select one.
By opening the pricing preview, you will see the total cost for the minimum quantity of the currently selected volume discount.
After clicking on the "Subscribe" button, you are redirected to the checkout:
At Settings
-> Subscription
, when clicking on the "Open Customer Portal" button on the top right, you will get redirected to Stripe's customer portal.
If there are active subscriptions, you are able to:
update the Client Limit of the subscription
or cancel subscriptions

, when clicking on the "Open Customer Portal" button on the top right, you will get redirected to Stripe's customer portal. Here you are able to:
edit your payment methods
update your billing information (company name, address, tax ID, ...)
retrieve your invoices
The invoices are located at the bottom of the page. After clicking on them, you will get a detailed view where you can download both invoice and receipt.

while editing a Rollout:
By adjusting the quantity you can define the Client Limit of your subscription. The limit can later be assigned to .
