Global and Rollout specific features

Everything that is managed under Settings is globally available. You can make use of your configured items in all of your Rollout projects, depending on where you assign them.

On the other hand, you have an individual Rollout overview, Inventory, Reporting and Knowledge base for each Rollout. Items configured or created within these views are only available inside of the Rollout.

Rollout selection

With the Rollout selection component on the top right of your navigation bar users can switch between Rollout projects they are assigned to.

In the dropdown, there is a dot indicator with the following colors:

  • Gray: This Rollout does not contain any Clients

  • Yellow: At least one Client is created inside of this Rollout

  • Green: All Clients inside of this Rollout have reached their final Workflow status
