A Workflow represents the processes relating to one or more Inventories.
Every Workflow consists of a number of consecutive statuses, which in turn, with the exception of the final status, each consist of one or more Checklists.
Each Client must complete all Checklist steps in order to advance to the next Workflow status.
Workflows are a Global Feature and can be re-used within multiple Rollouts.
They can be managed under Settings -> Workflows by users who are at least Rollout Manager.
In this example we have 4 statuses with each of them having 1 Checklist except for the last status.
Other features which will be based on your Workflow
On the Rollout Roadmap, you can define timespans for Checklists or Workflow statuses in which they need to be worked on by your team.
The schedule you define here will determine which Clients are shown to your team on their Client Dashboard depending on the date they are opening it.
In this example we have scheduled the completion of our 3 Checklists within August and September of this year.
This dashboard which can be opened under Inventory will display the distribution of your Inventory's Clients among the statuses:
In this example, our Inventory with the Workflow from above has 3 Clients "In Preparation", 5 clients "In Delivery", 4 clients "In Follow-up" and 10 Clients which are "Completed".
Under Reporting you will see how many Clients were advancing to their next status in a given timeframe:
Here we have 3 Client status progressions shown in the chart.
When filtering Clients under Inventory -> Clients you can specify a Workflow status:
The statuses of your Workflow will show up as filter options.
The Automatic Client Assignment lets you define which of your team members should be assigned to a Client once it reaches a specific Workflow status:
The statuses of your Workflow are reflected in the assignment configuration, except for the last status.
