Collaborators

The Collaborators page provides an overview of all Users participating in the Rollout, including the Client Users. It also displays the Clients currently worked on / owned, assigned Tasks and the Activity per User.

The Collaborators page is accessible for all Users, regardless of Role, under Rollout -> Collaborators

Unassigning a User from the Rollout will also remove the corresponding Collaborators Profile. Re-assigning the User will restore the Profile with a correct Activity.


User list

All Users assigned to the Rollout are being displayed, sorted and grouped according to thier User Role. A specific Users profile can be opened by simply clicking into the Users box.

The User profile contains three tabs:

The Assigned Clients tab shows all Clients the User is currently assigned to. Individual Clients are displayed with their Name and Status. By clicking the Open button, the corresponding CDV opens in a new tab.

The Assigned Tasks tab shows all Tasks the User is currently assigned to. Individual Tasks are displayed with their Name, Assignee, Priority, Due Date aand Status. By clicking on a Task, the corresponding Task slide-over opens.

The Activity tab shows all actions done by the User. Similar to our other Histories (CDV / Rolllout), one entry is created per action, with a timestamp. The entries can be sorted by switching the button in the upper-right corner.

Tasks will be displayed as long as they are assigned to the User, regardless of the Status (To-Do / Done)

Appointments are not displayed in the Assigned Tasks tab.


Client Users

On their own profile, Client Users may see the Clients they own and their Activity.

The switch in the upper right-corner will select Client User by default, since Client Users can't be Assignees.

Profiles of other Users however, will only display the assigned Clients, if the Client User owns them. All other Clients are invisible.


Alternative access

Its also possible to access a Users Collaborators profile by either viewing an related History entry, or by an mention of the User in the Comments section.

History

When hovering a Users Avatar, a pop-up with the Users role and a button leading to the Users Collaborators profile will appear. This works in both the global and the s History.

Comments

When hovering a Users mentioned Name, a pop-up with the Users role and a button leading to the Users Collaborators profile will appear.
