Calendar

The Rollouter Calendar is a visual tool designed to track and manage as well as within a Rollout Project. It also indicates which specific Inventories are currently being worked on.

The Calendar is accessible for Users who are at least Service Desk under Home -> Rollout and displays by default all and of the current Rollout, that are assigned to the User.

It is possible to view the Tasks and Appointments of other Users, as well as unassigned ones, by using the Assignee dropdown. There, all members of the Rollout team are listed and can be selected to view their respective Tasks and Appointments.

Removing the current selection by using the x button sets the filter to display All Tasks & Appointments.

The chosen Assignee selection is saved in the URL and will persist when reloading the site. It can also be shared via link.


Three different views are available, namely Day-, Week- and Month-View. By default, the current Day-View is selected. The view can be changed by selecting the preferred option in the View-Dropdown in the upper-right corner:

Choosing an option will immediately adjust the view.

The Day-View displays the Tasks and Appointments of the currently chosen Day in a grid according to their schedule.

In this view, Tasks & Appointments are shown with Title, the Client they concern, the current Assignee and their Status, i.e. TODO or Done.

All-day Tasks and scheduled Inventories are shown on the very top of the Rollout Calender.

Switching between days is possbile by using the Arrow buttons or by picking a date in the small calender on the right side.

The calender marks the day viewed with a indigo circle and highlights the current day in indigo.

The Week-View displays the Tasks and Appointments of the currently chosen Week in a grid according to their schedule.

In this view, Tasks & Appointments are shown with Title, the Client they concern, the current Assignee and their Status, i.e. TODO or Done.

All-day Tasks are shown on the very top of the Rollout Calender.

Switching between weeks is possbile by using the Arrow buttons. The current day is marked with a indigo circle.

The Week-View displays the Tasks and Appointments of the currently chosen Week in a grid according to their schedule.

In this view, Tasks & Appointments are shown with their Title and the scheduled time. All-day Tasks are shown without a scheduled time.

Only 2 entries are displayed in the box, by clicking on + x more a drop-down displays the remaining Tasks.

Switching between months is possbile by using the Arrow buttons. The current day is marked with a indigo circle.

In all views, by clicking on a Task or Appointments, the User can access the respective slide-over. It is also possible to add Tasks by using the button in the upper-right corner.

Furthermore, the current selection of Day / Week / Month is stored in the URL and can be bookmarked or shared.
