Creating an Inventory

To create an Inventory, please select one of your Rollouts and go to Inventory -> Manage Inventories then click on "Create Inventory".

Prerequisites

  1. Create Custom Fields that should be used in your Inventory

  2. Create Checklists that should be part of your Workflow

  3. Based on the Checklists you have created, create a Workflow that will be assigned to your Inventory


General

In the General tab you are asked to provide a name and Workflow for your Inventory. Every Client that is part of your Inventory must follow its Workflow.

Custom Fields

In the Custom Fields tab you can select and group the Custom Fields you want every Client inside of your Inventory to have.

To start assigning Custom Fields, please create at least one group and drag your Custom Fields inside of the groups. A Custom Field can only be used once per Inventory.

After having added at least two groups, you can define a name for each group:

The groups will be displayed as individual boxes on the Fields tab of the Client Detail View.
