Working Days

In Rollouter, it is possible to define on which days of the week the Inventory is worked on.

This affects

The Working Days can be configured in the Inventory Settings, under Inventory -> Edit or Inventory -> Manage Inventories -> Edit by Users who are at least Rollout Manager.

This feature is only available in Professional and Enterprise Rollout projects.

Configuration

In the Inventory Settings, the Working Days can be defined by simply (un)checking the corresponding checkboxes. This configuration must be saved afterwards to take effect.

Features affected

The Working Days configuration directly affects two other Features, the Burndown Chart and the Appointment scheduling.

Burndown Chart

For Burndown Charts, both the Ideal and the Forecast lines take the Inventory's Working Days into account. In the example above, the Inventory is worked on Monday to Friday, with a break for the weekend.

The Burndown Chart represents this reoccuring break as flat segments in the chart.

Appointment scheduling

For the Appointments, both the link-based and the Client User scheduling is directly restricted by the configured Working Days in addition to the overall settings of the specific Appointment.

Days that are not selected as Working Days will return no time slots for the User to choose from:
