Navigating through the Checklists of your Client

The arrow buttons on the right of the Checklists box can be used to view from a different status:

Working on Checklists

In order to work on a Checklist, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The Checklist must be in the current status of the Client

  • The user's role must be included or higher than the declared responsible roles

If that is the case, you can interact with the Checklist steps by clicking on the checkboxes on the left:

Checklists will be visible to all Users viewing the CDV, even if their role is not equal or higher than the responsible roles. If the role is below the requirement, the Checklist cannot be edited.

Skipping Checklists

As Rollout Manager, you can skip incomplete Checklists for a Client and move it into the next status anyways. The Checklist steps will remain unchecked for documentation purposes.

This modal appears if a user who is at least Rollout Manager tries to move a Client into the next status while it has incomplete Checklists.

The Client Detail View displays all Checklists that are currently active. If some of the Checklists have defined which are not met, they will not appear.

require an input before they can be checked off. The input can always be provided towards the right of the step:

Some Checklist steps
If you are currently looking at Checklists from a different status, the "Show current status" action will show.
After the Checklist is completed, a green check mark will appear next to the name. You also have indicators for the step progress and the responsible roles.
The first step references a Custom Field of type "Multi-Selection" to collect the accessories that were distributed by the technician. The second step references the Delivery Sheet and is automatically checked off after it was signed.
