Custom Fields
What is a Custom Field?
Custom Fields are a Global Feature and can be re-used within multiple Rollouts.
They can be managed under Settings -> Custom Fields by users who are at least Rollout Manager.

The Client Detail View has a dedicated tab for displaying the Custom Fields for the user to interact with:

Every mutation of Custom Field values is stored in the Client's history:

Custom Fields can be linked to Checklist steps:

In order to complete the Checklist step, the user must define a value for this field:

The value is then automatically stored in the Client's Custom Field values:

The Delivery Sheet will display the Custom Field values of its client:

When searching for Clients in the Global Search, you can find them by their Custom Field values:

While filtering Clients, you can define rules for Custom Fields:

When creating an Appointment, you can select a Custom Field where you are storing the Client user's email address in case they do not have a Rollouter account. The appointment invitation is then sent to email address inside of the Custom Field value of the Client:
