Client Detail View

The Client Detail View (CDV) is the core of Client management in Rollouter.

It provides a central platform to manage all client-related information, Tasks, Client Links, monitor progress, and track changes.

With its intuitive structure and comprehensive features, it enables efficient and transparent rollout processes.

Client Detail Views are Rollout-specific and unique for each and every Client.

They can be accessed under Inventory -> Clients by users who are at least Service Desk.


Layout

The left side of the header contains the Client's unique ID, by clicking on the ID, a link to the Client's gets copied to the clipboard.

On the right, the User can access a dropdown menu, which, depending on the Users role, enables up to 4 functions:

Displays the Workflow, the current Status is elevated and highlighted

Service Desk+

Move

Can be used to move the Client to another Inventory within the same Rollout

Technician+

Flag Client

Enables the User to flag the Client with the reason provided

Rollout Manager+

Delete

The Client will get deleted irreversibly after confirming the action

Rollout Manager+

Located on the far right of the header, the Delivery Sheet can be accessed.

Body

The Client Detail View can be divided into two areas, the 2 left thirds, which, divided into 4 tabs, enable access to the Fields (Default/Custom), to the Checklists, the Tasks & Appointments and to the Client History.

The tabs can be used to switch between these functions.

The right-hand third contains a display of the current Status and buttons to change it.

It also provides the currently assigned Technician and the Client User of the device. These can also be changed via the interface.

In addition to the Clients Inventory, the area provides an overview of the Linked Clients and Comments, as well as the option to add them using the corresponding ‘Add’ buttons.
