Attachments

In the , Users can add, delete and access Attachments by navigating to the "Attachments"-Tab. The Attachments are Client specific and can be utilized by Users who can access the .

Clicking the Upload button will open the User's local file-explorer, where the files to upload can be chosen. On mobile devices it is also possible to take a new picture and directly upload it.

After confirming the selection within the file-explorer, the upload starts. The files being uploaded are listed in a modal together with the upload progress.

The number of files per upload is set to a maximum of 10, regardless of file-type or size.

No restrictions apply based on the files name, its possible for several files with the exact same name to be uploaded to the Attachments.

The loading bar indicates the uploads progress and will turn from indigo to green once it's finished. While the upload is progressing it can be cancelled by clicking the Cancel button.

Once the upload is finished, the upload modal needs to be closed by clicking the Close button.

The Attachments tab will now contain the files as uploaded. Pictures will be displayed with a thumbnail.

By clicking on a file, a slide-over will open, displaying in-depth information, i.e.

  • Full-size thumbnail

  • File name & type

  • File size

  • Upload timestamp

  • User who uploaded the file

  • A description, which can added after the file was uploaded

The file can be downloaded or deleted by using the respective buttons. For both upload & deletion of files the respective entries will be created:
